The Home Buying Process

The first step is to identify what exactly you’re looking for in your new home. I can help you narrow that down and we’ll begin the search right away.  As you compare the best deals, I’ll provide you with important information about the home, its neighborhood, zoning issues, utilities, and nearby plans for development.

Once you’ve identified a property that interests you, the next step is an extensive negotiating process, to ensure that you get a good deal. I’ll also attend property inspections, make sure any and all agreed-on repair work is carried out, and handle paperwork related to the sale. I can also help set up the financing for your investment, and work directly with a mortgage broker of your choice or of my recommendation.
